happens if my flight is delayed?

|

We always wait for our clients. We check the details of every flight that we are waiting for so know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you when the flight actually arrives - even if it is
early!

do I find my taxi driver at the airport?
|
|
|

Your taxi driver will wait between the luggage hall and the arrival hall, in and will be holding a sign with your name or Taxival logo (as
agreed). |

All our cars have insurance according to the EU regulations and this covers both its drivers and

Yes, it is, as long as you have a confirmed reservation. We work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week without exception - even on public
holidays! |

I did not receive a
confirmation e-mail. Why? What should I do? |
|
As on most occasions
this is usually down to a problem with your spam
filter. Please check your spam folder as this
usually seems to solve the problem in the
majority of cases. Please also check if you
entered your e-mail correctly. If this does not
help, please contact us again and we will send
you a new confirmation e-mail. |

Do you offer transfers for more than 4
passengers? |
|
For now only 4 passengers per taxi. For a
transfer for 6 people using two taxis. |
|

When do I pay? |
|
If this is the first time you make a booking
with us, you will receive an email to make
payment through Paypal (you can make payment
through Paypal with your credit card).
If you
are a customer of Taxival can pay directly to
the taxi driver. All taxis accept cash,
MasterCard and Visa. |

How long does it take from Valencia Airport to
the city centre? |
|
Usually a journey from the airport to the city
centre takes around 15 minutes by car. If there
is heavy traffic it may take up to 30 minutes.
From Valencia Airport to Alicante - 2 hours.

Airport to Castellón - 1 hour.
From Valencia Airport to
Gandía - 55 minutes.

Valencia Airport to Marina d'Or - 1 hour

Prices are quoted per vehicle. |

Can I have a receipt? |

Please ask our driver. If you tell us in advance
we can also prepare for you a tax invoice
(mostly for business and corporate customers).

I need to change a booking - what should I do? |
|
No problem, contact us
and make any necessary changes. All free of
charge.

When can I make a reservation? |
|
You can make a reservation as soon as you have
your flight number (if the collection at the
airport). The reservations must be made with a
minimum of 10 hours in advance. |

|
What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy? |
|
If you have to cancel more than 8 hours in
advance will be refunded 100% (minus the Paypal
fee). If you have to cancel with less than 8
hours in advance will be refunded 50% (minus the
Paypal fee). |

What is your smoking policy? |
|
Non smoking policy. |
